Q. I have seen a new vehicle I like on the Heartland Holden website. How do I arrange to view or test drive the vehicle?

A. Simply call 13 10 88 and ask our call centre operators to put you through to your nearest Heartland Holden dealership's New Vehicle Department. Alternatively, click on Contact Us in the Main Menu on the left of every page to find the contact details of all four Heartland Holden Dealerships.


Q. I have seen a pre owned vehicle I like on the website. How do I arrange to view or test drive the vehicle?

A. After using the pre owned vehicles search tool to find a vehicle that interests you, click on the enquire button to the right of the vehicle description. Simply leave your contact details and a Sales Consultant from the appropriate dealership will be in contact with you shortly. Alternatively, you can note the make, model, registration number and dealership at which the vehicle is located. Simply call 13 10 88 and ask our call centre operators to put you through to the Pre Owned Vehicle Department at the Heartland Holden Dealership at which is vehicle is located. You can also click on Contact Us in the Main Menu on the left to find the contact details of all Heartland Holden Dealerships.

Q. My car is due for a service. How do I arrange one with Heartland Holden?

A. Heartland Holden has seven service centres located throughout Sydney's west. Our "Book a Service" menu on the left hand side of every page is your easy to use booking system. Simply click on your closet service centre and follow the instructions to secure your booking. Alternatively, call 13 10 88 and ask to be put through to your closet Service Centre. You can also click on Contact Us in the Main Menu to find the contact details of each Service Centre.

Q. I have submitted a pre-owned vehicle or service enquiry online and not received a response. What should I do?

A. At Heartland Holden, we pride ourselves on our customer service, and our prompt, same day response to your inquiries. We appreciate your business and understand your time is valuable. If you have any difficulty getting a response from Heartland Holden, please contact us via telephone on 13 10 88, so that we may assist you with your inquiry.

Q. Am I obligated to purchase a vehicle once I have submitted an online vehicle enquiry?

A. No, this website and all it's functions simply serves as a tool for you to collect as much information as you require to make the best decision for you.

Q. I would like to finance the purchase of a new/pre-owned vehicle. Should I seek finance before I start looking for my vehicle?

A. No, Heartland Holden can arrange finance for most of it's customers. Please do not hesitate to call or drop into one of our dealerships and have a chat to one of our finance representatives about the many options and plans available to you. You will find our rates highly competitive with those offered by other financial institutions and your repayments can be tailored to suit your financial needs.
